Terms and Conditions
- Event refers to the live Lasso Developer Conference presented by LassoSoft, LLC in September, 2008 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. The Event may be referred to by other names for marketing purposes.
- Producer refers to LassoSoft, LLC and any firms or parties associated with LassoSoft to present the Event.
- Attendee refers to any person attending the event.
- Event registration is not firm until full payment is received and each attendee has been identified on the Registration page provided.
- Payment is accepted through Visa/Mastercard/American Express in U.S. currency. Purchase Orders are only accepted through prior arrangement. Contact sales@lassosoft.com if you need to use a Purchase Order.
- Registration - Event registrations are $499 and may be elegible for one or more discounts
- "Spouse" or Companion Registration - Available for $199 and provide access to the meals and social aspects of the Event, but not the Event sessions.
- Discounts may be changed by the Producer at any time. Discounts should be applied automatically by the LassoSoft store.
- Early Registration - $100 discount for early registration if payment is received in full by the the specified early registration deadline. $50 discount for early "Spouse" or companion registrations.
- Speaker Discount - $100 discount for Attendees who are presenting one or more sessions at the Event. A discount code will be provided to tentative speakers.
- LPA Discount - LPA members whose account is in good standing when they register for the event receive 10% off the total cost of the event.
- Cancellations must be presented in writing at least 28 calendar days prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded subject to a non-refundable $100 fee. Cancellations received less than 28 calendar days before the event or no-show Attendees will be charged the full registration fee and no refund will be issued.
- Upon written request a paid registration may be transferred to another person prior to the Event date.
- Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special needs and food requirements. Attendees with special needs or other reasonable requirements must specify those needs on the provided Registration page or send a written request at least 28 days prior to the Event.
- Presenting seminars, classes, or other meetings at the Event location are prohibited from two days prior through two days after the Event dates.
- Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided for Attendees. Meals and snacks must be consumed in the Event area. Meals and snacks should not be removed from the Event area or provided to non-Attendees.
- No one under 16, including infants, will be admitted to any Event activities, including meals, sessions, or Attendee receptions.
- The use of audio or video recording devices or cameras by Attendees is prohibited at all Event sessions. Personal cameras are allowed at meals and social events. Please request permission from Producer if you would like to record the conference.
- Producer may make photographs and recordings of Event activities. Attendees will be asked to provide written Event evaluation comments. Attendee grants Producer permission to use likeness, voice, comments, name, city, and company name in future marketing materials.
- Producer reserves the right to alter announced content, speakers, schedule, materials, and all other elements without notice or obligations. Producer reserves the right to cancel Event at any time with sole obligation to refund paid registration fees.
- Producer reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason.
