Installation Support

LassoSoft provides 60 days of complimentary installation technical support for Lasso Professional and Lasso Studio. If you encounter any issues while installing or getting started with Lasso please Contact Support for help.

Paid Support Plans

LassoSoft offers technical support incidents for purchase after the complimentary support period has ended.

• Priority Support

  Priority technical support provides for a 3 hour response time for incidents submitted by telephone or email during standard business hours. All technical support incidents are normally resolved within 5 business days. Support incidents are available individually or at a a discount in multiple incident packages. Support incidents must be used within a year of purchase.

• Basic Support

  Basic technical support provides for an 8 hour response time for incidents submitted by telephone or email during standard business hours. All technical support incidents are normally resolved within 5 business days. Support incidents are available individually or at a a discount in multiple incident packages. Support incidents must be used within a year of purchase.

Standard business hours are currently Monday through Friday, 9 a.m to 5 pm. Eastern Standard Time.
