Products sold from this site are non-refundable. If you believe you have made a mistake with your purchase, please contact us at Sales@lassosoft.com within 14 days of purchase and submit a purchase review request. This purchase review request does not equate to, imply, nor guarantee a refund. LassoSoft will work with you to make sure you get the Lasso product appropriate for you to use as at the time of purchase and this might in some circumstances involve a product exchange. 

Shipping

Our Software Products are all sold as Download Only.

For Trial versions, use the Free Download link.

For LassoSoft 'shwag' merchandise, surface mail shipping will occur within 7 days. Note: For international orders, shipping may take up to 6 weeks from date of sending.

Pricing

All prices used on this website are in Canadian dollars. Prices are as stated including for orders of bulk quantities.

From time to time LassoSoft may, at it's sole discretion, provide discounts through the use of a discount code. Any such codes will be validated at the time of purchase, and where invalid no discount is applied. Any validation with a date and time expiry are as at Eastern Standard Time.

An Educational Institution discount may apply to online purchases where they have:

1: created a LassoSoft account by signing up online

2: applied in writing to Sales@lassosoft.com with evidence and details of the their Educational Registration

On notification of acceptance, that Institution with automatically receive a 10% discount off their purchases for as long as their Educational Institution status remains current on their LassoSoft account. The discount will be shown in the Payment information screen.
